San Diego

It's hard to believe that it's been a year since I was in California, but it has. The kids and I just got back from traveling there to see my sister, Revanna graduate from High School. My sister and her family and my brother made the trip also. We did all the stuff we did last year and it was just as exciting for the kids. They loved Sea World and swimming in Grandpa's pool (though it was actually only warm enough to swim for one day). We also went to Legoland which I HIGHLY recommend to anyone with a child about 10 or younger. All of the kids loved it and so did the adults. I took Jack and Molly to Disneyland for two days. It was VERY crowded but also very fun. We spent one day by ourselves then grandma and grandpa joined us for the second day. Thank goodness, because I was exhausted. I am glad I did it though. The kids are still talking about the Buzz ride and who their favorite characters were. The trip was tiring for all of us, but we all had a great time and we really value the time with the family that we don't get to see too often. We can't wait to visit again.

Grandma Terrie picked out a Padres outfit for each of the kiddos. Aren't they adorable?

We went to Vegas too! Not really, this was in Legoland. An exact replica of Vegas made out of Legos.

This is Jack's "girlfriend" after a full day at Disney, this was the first character he WANTED to take a picture with! His daddies boy I guess.....
